目的探讨腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选择2011年6月至2012年5月收治的114例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,其中采用传统开腹手术治疗的55例患者作为对照组,采用腹腔镜手术治疗的59例患者作为观察组,比较两组患者的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。结果观察组的术中出血量明显少于对照组,术后排气时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为3.4%,略低于对照组的5.5%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)改善更为明显,与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgE改善情况明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤能够更好地改善患者的卵巢功能,患者恢复快并且安全性可靠,同时能够明显保护患者的免疫功能,是临床首选的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy on benign ovarian tumors and their effects on immune function. Methods A total of 114 patients with benign ovarian tumors who were admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to May 2012 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 55 patients undergoing conventional laparotomy were used as control group and 59 patients treated by laparoscopic surgery as observation group The clinical effects and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group. The postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.4%, slightly lower than that in the control group (5.5%). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in the observation group improved more obviously than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group of patients with serum immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgE improved significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors can improve the ovarian function of patients better. The patients recover quickly and safely, and can obviously protect the immune function of patients. It is the first choice of clinical treatment.
