随着社会经济成份、经济利益、生产方式、组织形式和就业方式日益多样化,各种矛盾错综复杂,给职工思想政治工作带来了许多新情况、新问题、新矛盾。如何以道德管理的有效方法、有效载体,影响和感召职工去模范遵守企业的各项规章制度,自觉履行各自的工作职责,内强素质,外树形象,是实现职工队伍素质提升的核心内容。
With the increasingly diversified social and economic components, economic interests, modes of production, organizational forms and employment patterns, various contradictions have been complicated and brought many new conditions, new problems and new contradictions to the workers’ ideological and political work. How to take effective ways of moral management and effective carriers to influence and inspire employees to observe various rules and regulations of enterprises in an exemplary manner and consciously fulfill their respective job responsibilities, strong internal quality, and good image of the outside world are the core elements of realizing the improvement of the quality of the workforce.
