子预44是具有广谱持久抗瘟性的云南地方粳稻品种。为揭示子预44广谱持久抗瘟分子机制,本研究利用Shang等(2009)设计的三对假基因化PCR标记,对Pib、Pi9和Pid3三个广谱抗瘟基因在子预44、江南香糯、日本晴和籼稻93-11中等位基因假基因化情况进行了检测和分析。研究结果表明,在大多数粳稻品种中发生假基因化的Pib、Pi9和Pid3三个等位基因在粳稻子预44中均未发生假基因化。我们推测粳稻子预44的广谱持久抗瘟特性可能与其稻瘟病抗性基因假基因化频率较低,含有多个稻瘟病抗性基因有关。
Seed pre-44 is a local japonica rice variety with long-lasting resistance to blast. In order to reveal the molecular mechanism of long-term antiproliferative activity of 44 broad-spectrum anti-blast genes, three pairs of pseudo-genomic PCR markers designed by Shang et al. (2009) were used to detect three broad-spectrum anti-plague genes Pib, Pi9 and Pid3 Xiangnuo, Nipponbare and Indica 93-11 allele pseudogenes were detected and analyzed. The results showed that in the majority of japonica rice varieties pseudogenes Pib, Pi9 and Pid3 three alleles in japonica rice pre-44 were not fake genetically. We hypothesized that the broad-spectrum long-lasting anti-plague characteristics of japonica rice pre-44 may be related to the lower frequency of pseudogeneicization of rice blast resistance genes and the presence of multiple blast resistance genes.
