企业竞争在很大程度上是技术竞争。新技术可能表现为新产品,也可能表现为新方法。如果企业能生产出为市场欢迎的独一无二的新产品或能用新方法使原有产品的质量提高或成本下降,该企业的竞争力量和经济效益将是十分可观的。这种新技术直接来自科学技术研究的新成果。当企业创造出一种新技术时,对研究工作而言是取得了阶段性的最终成果,对经营工作而言则是一个起点,企业从此开始需要考虑和解决以下问题:(1)这种新技术直接用于本企业生产可带来多少经济效益?(2)如果转让该技术可带来多少
Enterprise competition is to a large extent technical competition. New technologies may behave as new products and may also behave as new methods. If a company can produce a unique new product that welcomes the market or it can use new methods to increase the quality or reduce the cost of the original product, the competitiveness and economic benefits of the enterprise will be considerable. This new technology comes directly from the new results of scientific and technological research. When an enterprise creates a new technology, it has achieved a phased final result for the research work. It is a starting point for the management work.
