我在三十年语文教学生涯中有不少感悟。作文教学不是靠一朝一夕能提高的,她是一个日积月累的渐进。或者说她是一个由量变到质变的转化。在量变的过程中,应该有多角度多层次的积累。
I have a lot of sentiment in thirty years of Chinese teaching career. Essay teaching can not be achieved overnight, she is a progressive gradual. Or she is a quantitative change into a qualitative change. In the process of quantitative change, there should be a multi-angle multi-level accumulation.
