高频电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法目前已广泛应用于地质与环境样品分析。土壤和沉积物样品基体成分复杂,干扰严重。采用际样基体匹配的方法可抵消元素间光谱干扰与样品导入及雾化有关的干扰。15种元素以标样相应元素含量值为标准,Cu、Pb、P 采用人工基体标准,于扰系数校正法消除干扰。样品用HF-HNO)3-HClO_4消解,5%盐酸介质。18种元素经多种标准样品对照分析结果满意,相对标准偏差0.42~0.84%。方法简便、可靠。
High-frequency inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry has been widely used in geological and environmental samples analysis. Soil and sediment samples matrix composition is complex, serious interference. Inter-element interferences can be counteracted by the use of an interfacial matrix matching method to interfere with sample introduction and atomization. 15 kinds of elements to the standard element corresponding to the value of the standard value, Cu, Pb, P using artificial matrix standards, in the interference coefficient correction method to eliminate interference. Samples were digested with HF-HNO) 3-HClO 4, 5% hydrochloric acid medium. 18 kinds of elements by a variety of standard sample control analysis of the results were satisfactory, the relative standard deviation of 0.42 to 0.84%. Method is simple and reliable.
