采用固相反应法制备不同掺杂浓度的过渡金属(Co/Mn/Ni)掺杂ZnO粉体。利用X射线衍射仪对粉体的结构进行表征,采用矢量网络分析仪测量样品在8.2~18 GHz频率范围内的电磁参数。根据测得的电磁参数分别研究单层和双层吸波体的吸波性能。结果表明,双层吸波体有相对好的微波吸收特性,反射率R<–8 dB的频宽为5.21 GHz,最强吸收峰为–25.59 dB,吸收峰位于13.63 GHz。
Solid state reaction method was used to prepare transition metal (Co / Mn / Ni) doped ZnO powders with different doping concentrations. The structure of the powder was characterized by X-ray diffractometer and the electromagnetic parameters of the sample in the frequency range of 8.2-18 GHz were measured by a vector network analyzer. Based on the measured electromagnetic parameters, the microwave absorbing properties of single-layer and double-layer wave absorbers were studied. The results show that the double-layer microwave absorber has a relatively good microwave absorption characteristic. The reflection bandwidth R <-8 dB has a bandwidth of 5.21 GHz, the strongest absorption peak is -25.59 dB and the absorption peak is located at 13.63 GHz.
