采用 γ-Al_2O_3因相萃取和 HPLC法对云南红豆衫和东北红豆杉培养细胞中的紫杉醇进行了定量分析。红豆杉浸膏粗品经γ-Al_2O_3因相萃取柱后,可直接上高效液相色谱柱。C_(18) HPLC的最佳条件是:甲醇-乙腈-水(25:45:30)为流动相,227 mm紫外检测。该法简单、快速、准确、适应性强,对紫杉醇的检测范围在0.4~19.2 μg。
Quantitative analysis of paclitaxel in cultured cells of Taxus cuspidata and Taxus cuspidata with γ-Al 2 O 3 phase extraction and HPLC was carried out. Crude extract of Taxus by γ-Al_2O_3 phase extraction column can be directly on the high performance liquid chromatography column. The optimal conditions of C_ (18) HPLC were methanol - acetonitrile - water (25:45:30) as mobile phase and 227 mm UV detection. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and adaptable. The detection range of paclitaxel is 0.4 ~ 19.2 μg.
