同两、三年前相比,如今的互联网市场上,大大小小网站林立,各种精英人才辈出,网络新经济理念深入人心,中国在其数字化的进程中越来越纵深地前进。然而,互联网是一个新旧交迭频繁、成败转瞬易变、生存压力极端明显的行业,那么,一个网络公司应该如何生存定位,从而更适应渐行渐近的进一步市场化的要求?目前国内的网络公司更重视的是创意,却往往忽视公司的内部管理,致使“内乱”频频,阻碍了公司的健康正常发展。
Compared with two or three years ago, in today’s Internet market, large and small sites are crowded with various elites and people. The new economic concept of the Internet enjoys popular support. China is progressing more and more deeply in the process of digitization. However, the internet is an industry where the old and the new overlap frequently, the success or failure is transient, and the survival pressure is extremely obvious. So how should an internet company survive and adapt to the requirement of further marketization? At present, the domestic network Companies pay more attention to creativity, but often ignore the company’s internal management, resulting in “civil strife” frequently hinder the normal development of the company’s health.
