[目的]评价PICC在血液病化疗中的应用价值.[方法]对86例血液病病人进行PICC置入化疗,并采取局部护理、管腔通畅护理、出院指导等相应护理措施.[结果]置管成功率为100%,导管留置时间(91.5±39.2)d,最短4d,最长372d.有34例出现并发症,其中导管头端异位5例,15例导管入口处炎症,4例导管接头堵塞,5例静脉炎,4例导管接头处破裂,1例导管脱出.[结论]PICC是一种安全、有效的静脉化疗途径,病人痛苦小,并发症少,可以长期使用,有利于病人多次化疗的进行,值得临床推广应用.“,”Objective: To assess the application value of PICC in hematological diseases patients undergoing chemotherapy. Method: A total of 86 hematological diseases patients were received chemotherapy via PICC and corresponding nursing care including local care, care keeping catheter unobstructed, discharge guidance were provided. Result: The success rate of catheter insertion in all cases was 100%. And the longest indwelling time were 372 days, the shortest were 4 days, while the average indwelling time were 91.5±39.2 days among all of them. There were 29 patients developed into complications, of which 15 cases got infection at the entrance of catheter, 6 cases were with catheter connector obstruction, 5 cases had phlebitis, and 1 case had catheter connector broken. Conclusion: PICC is a safe, effective way of intravenous chemotherapy, which can relieve patients\' suffering and complications. With the advantage of completing multiple chemotherapy procedures, PICC can also be used for a long period of time. So it is worth to be extended in clinic.
