1992年,为迎接中国工会“十二大”的召开,初步决定在三季度召开全国工会财政工作会议,其中心议题是:落实《工会法》中涉及工会经费及财会管理的有关政策问题。修订现有的改革办法,交流工会财会工作归口管理、会计达标工作和文教卫生、农垦、三资企业、乡镇企业拨交工会经费的经验和作法。拟主要抓好以下几项工作。一、加强政策指导,解决工会财务工作中的几个政策性问题l、在新《工会法》起草过程中,涉及工会经费方面的问题我们已经和国家有关部门协商取得了一致的意见,1992年新《工会法》颁布以后,将和有关部门联合发文制定实施办法。内容包括:各级国家机关恢复按工资总额2%提取工会经费;基层工会干部的工资、奖
In 1992, in order to meet the “Twelfth National Congress of the Chinese Trade Unions”, a preliminary decision was made to convene the National Union Financial Work Conference in the third quarter. The central issue is: to implement the relevant policy issues concerning the trade union funds and the accounting and management of the Trade Union Law.
