青少年时期是人格塑造的重要时期,这个时期的正确引导是培养他们健全心理素质的保证。因此,关注学生的心理健康发展,掌握其心理特点和规律,一直都是学校开展日常管理工作的重点。学生心理档案是运用心理学的方法对学生的认识过程、智力水平、个性特征和心理健康状况作出鉴定和评价的记录。实践表明,建立一整套系统完整的学生心理档案,有助于更好地了解学生的心理状况,及时预防和干预学生可能发生的心理问题,使教育管理更具预见性和针对性。一、学生心理档案的内容设置
