双侧中线旁丘脑梗死较少见。现将我院 1997年 6月至 2 0 0 0年 10月收治并经头颅ＭＲＩ确诊的双侧中线旁丘脑梗死 6例报告如下。1　临床资料1·1　一般资料　本组 6例患者中女 4例、男 2例 ,年龄 5 6～ 77岁 ,平均 6 8 6岁。发病到入院时间为 5ｈ～2ｄ。全部均为急性起病 ,其中 Bilateral midline hypothalamic infarction is rare.
