制备了不同Zn粉含量的冷镀锌涂层,对不同涂层进行力学性能测试,利用盐雾实验和电化学阻抗谱对涂层的性能进行了表征。结果表明,Zn含量为95.2%(质量分数)时的涂层耐盐雾性能最佳。涂层的腐蚀产物主要为ZnO和Zn(OH)_2。当锌粉含量小于75%时,涂层阻抗值随着时间的延长而减小,涂层的保护作用不足;当锌粉含量大于75%时,涂层阻抗值先减小后增大,Zn作为阳极优先腐蚀,起到牺牲阳极保护阴极的作用。
Cold galvanized coatings with different content of Zn powder were prepared. The mechanical properties of different coatings were tested. The performance of coatings was characterized by salt spray and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the coating with Zn content of 95.2% (mass fraction) has the best salt spray resistance. The corrosion products of coatings are mainly ZnO and Zn (OH) 2. When the content of zinc powder is less than 75%, the resistance value of the coating decreases with the extension of time, and the protective effect of the coating is not enough. When the zinc content is more than 75%, the resistance of the coating first decreases and then increases. Zn As the anode corrosion priority, play a role in sacrificing the anode to protect the cathode.
