本文采用HI—298型肺量计测定某煤矿166例Ⅰ期煤矽肺患者,结果表明肺通气功能减退者90例,占54.22%。从反映大、小气道的各项指标看,小气道异常率明显高于大气道。笔者认为,在进行Ⅰ期尘肺患者劳动能力鉴定时,除常用的几项指标外,如能增加小气道MMEF、V_(max)、V_(50)、V_(25)等指标则会更全面。
In this paper, HI-298 spirometry was used to determine 166 cases of stage I silicosis in a coal mine. The results showed that 90 cases (54.22%) had pulmonary hypofunction. From the large and small airways reflect the various indicators, small airway abnormalities was significantly higher than the airway. The author believes that in the first phase of pneumoconiosis patients with ability to work, in addition to several commonly used indicators, such as increased small airway MMEF, Vmax, V_ (50), V_ (25) and other indicators will be more comprehensive.
