本文报告采用放射免疫方法测定慢性阻塞性肺病24例(COPD)患者体静脉、肺动脉、体动脉血的血浆ET-1水平,并与16例正常对照组作了比较。COPD患者尚进行了肺动脉压力直接测定。结果表明,COPD患者ET-1水平显著高于正常组(p〈0.001);肺动脉高压(PAH)组ET-1水平显著高于非PAH组(p〈0.05),本文还分析了ET参与COPD患者血浆ET-1水平的升高在PAH形成中可能是参与发病的因素之一。血浆ET水平的测定可能为了解COPD患者的病理生理变化和临床病程提供一项有意义的参考指标。
This article reports the determination of plasma ET-1 levels in venous, pulmonary, and arterial blood in 24 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by radioimmunoassay and compared with 16 normal controls. COPD patients were also directly measured pulmonary artery pressure. The results showed that the level of ET-1 in patients with COPD was significantly higher than that in the normal group (p <0.001); the level of ET-1 in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PAH) was significantly higher than that in non-PAH patients (p <0.05) Elevated plasma levels of ET-1 may be one of the factors involved in the pathogenesis of PAH. Determination of plasma ET levels may provide a meaningful reference for understanding the pathophysiological changes and clinical course of COPD patients.
