目的了解高校乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性学生心理健康状况,以科学地进行心理健康教育工作。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP),中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),并结合文献追溯的方法,收集2001-2012年的有关HBsAg阳性大学生心理健康状况(测量工具为SCL-90)的研究结果,使用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果最终6篇文献进入本次研究,有效样本共计2 318例。HBsAg阳性的学生除人际交往敏感一项因子外,其余8项因子得分均高于HBsAg阴性学生,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);HBsAg阳性的男生和女生比较,除焦虑和恐惧2项因子外,其余7项因子得分差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论 HBsAg阳性学生的心理健康水平明显劣于同期对照的HBsAg阴性学生;HBsAg阳性女生心理问题较男生突出。
Objective To understand the mental health of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) -positive students in colleges and universities and to carry out mental health education scientifically. Methods The CBM, Wanfang database, VIP database and CNKI were searched by computer, and the methods of literature retrospectively were collected to analyze the relationship between the mental health of HBsAg positive college students (Measurement tool for the SCL-90) research results, the use of RevMan4.2 software for meta-analysis. Results The final six articles entered the study, a total of 2 318 valid samples. HBsAg-positive students in addition to a factor of interpersonal sensitivity, the other eight factors were higher than HBsAg-negative students, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); HBsAg-positive boys and girls, in addition to anxiety and fear Two factors, the remaining seven factors score difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The level of mental health of HBsAg-positive students is significantly lower than that of HBsAg-negative students in the same period. The psychological problems of HBsAg-positive girls are more prominent than those of boys.
