分析了大口径结构壁管环刚度测定中,试样结构壁的不均匀性及侧偏放置对测量结果的影响,提出了三点测力传感器结构的测力系统方案,并以此为基础给出了该方案的硬件结构和软件设计,进而同单点测力传感器测力系统进行了试验对比。结果表明:三点测力传感器结构测力系统,可以有效地消除因试样结构壁不均匀及试样侧偏放置而造成的环刚度测定误差。
The influence of uneven structure of sample wall and lateral placement on the measurement results in the determination of wall ring stiffness of large-diameter structure was analyzed, and the measurement system scheme of three-point load cell structure was proposed. Based on this, Out of the program’s hardware structure and software design, and then with the single-point load cell load cell test comparison. The results show that the three-point load cell structure force measurement system can effectively eliminate the measurement error of the ring stiffness caused by the uneven wall of the sample structure and the lateral deflection of the sample.
