目的探究采用前列地尔治疗方式对糖尿病足氧化应激与炎症因子的变化所产生的影响。方法从该院中选取2015年6月—2017年6月进行治疗的糖尿病足患者共100例,运用随机数表的方法将对其分成4组,即健康对照组、单纯糖尿病组、DF常规治疗组、DF前列地尔治疗组,各25例,最终对健康对照组、单纯糖尿病组在接受治疗前后的血清超氧化物歧化酶、8-异前列腺素F2α、TNF-α、IL-6的变化情况进行比较以及对DF常规治疗组、DF前列地尔治疗组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果在接受治疗前,8-异前列腺素F2α、TNF-α、IL-6在健康对照组、单纯糖尿病组、DF常规治疗组中的水平呈现出上升的趋势,而血清超氧化物歧化酶的水平则有所下降。在接受治疗后,DF常规治疗组、DF前列地尔治疗组的血清超氧化物歧化酶水平有所上升,而8-异前列腺素F2α、TNF-α、IL-6含量水平却有所下降,各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在前列地尔可以有效治疗糖尿病足中的肢体缺血症状,同时也促进了足部溃疡的愈合。
Objective To explore the effect of alprostadil treatment on diabetic foot oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines. METHODS: A total of 100 diabetic foot patients were selected from this hospital from June 2015 to June 2017. The patients were divided into 4 groups according to random number table, namely, healthy control group, simple diabetic group and conventional DF treatment Group and DF alprostadil treatment group, 25 cases each. Finally, the change of serum superoxide dismutase, 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α, TNF-α and IL-6 before and after treatment in healthy control group and simple diabetic group The situation is compared and the DF routine treatment group, DF alprostadil treatment group compared the effect of treatment. Results Before treatment, the levels of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α, TNF-α and IL-6 in the healthy control group, simple diabetic group and DF conventional treatment group showed an increasing trend, while serum superoxide dismutase The level of decline. After receiving the treatment, the levels of serum superoxide dismutase in the DF conventional treatment group and the DF alprostadil treatment group increased while the levels of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α, TNF-α and IL-6 decreased. The difference between each group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil is effective in treating limb ischemia in diabetic foot and at the same time it promotes foot ulcer healing.
