为了研究阿克苏灰枣,在井武灌溉、漫灌条件下,径级(12±0.5)、(18±0.5)cm成龄灰枣展叶期日变化的光合特性差异。采用Li6400光合仪在晴朗无云天气下,测定净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)、蒸腾速率(T_r)等光合指标。结果表明,①通过日变化可知4组实验的净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)均呈明显的双峰曲线,13:00~15:00有明显“午休现象”。②4组实验WUE无明显差异。③G_s是4组实验P_n最主要影响因子,PAR是4组实验T_r最重要影响因子。因此,井式灌溉对C1、C2光合作用与漫灌对C3、C4光合作用相似,井式灌溉满足不同径级成龄灰枣的正常光合作用。
In order to study the differences of photosynthetic characteristics of the jujube cultivars with the age of 18 ± 0.5 cm, the average photosynthetic characteristics of the jujube cultivars were as follows. The photosynthetic parameters such as net photosynthetic rate (P_n), stomatal conductance (G_s), intercellular CO2 concentration (C_i) and transpiration rate (T_r) were determined by Li6400 photosynthesis system in a clear and cloudless weather. The results showed that: ①The net photosynthetic rate (P_n), stomatal conductance (G_s) and transpiration rate (T_r) of four groups showed obvious bimodal curves by diurnal variation, Lunch break phenomenon ". ② There was no significant difference in WUE among the 4 groups. (3) G_s is the most important influencing factor of the four experimental P_n, and PAR is the most important influencing factor of the four experimental T_r. Therefore, the photosynthesis of well C1 and C2 is similar to the photosynthesis of C3 and C4 in flood irrigation, and the well irrigation meets the normal photosynthesis of mature ash.
