儿童鼻部炎症是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病、多发病,根据发生部位不同分为鼻炎和鼻窦炎[1],其病因、症状、诊断和治疗与成人不完全相同,且容易复发,治疗困难[2].其中儿童过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)、儿童急性感染性鼻-鼻窦炎、儿童过敏性鼻炎合并急性感染性鼻-鼻窦炎(混合型,MR)在儿童鼻部炎性疾病中发病率较高.我国儿童AR患病率为7.83%~20.42%;急性感染性鼻-鼻窦炎发病率为5%~6%,其中有5%~13%的儿童上呼吸道感染会导致急性鼻窦炎[3];混合性鼻炎(MR)是一种特殊的鼻炎亚型,占所有AR患者的50%~70%.儿童鼻部炎症对儿童身心健康、生活质量有着较大影响,需要重点关注[4-5].
