目的研究成都市阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者高血压患病率及分析睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）、体重指数（BMI）、颈围／身高的比值等因素与高血压的相关性。方法通过睡眠呼吸障碍高血压发病情况问卷调查表对350例阻塞睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者进行问卷调查，所有患者均在睡眠实验室进行至少7h的夜间睡眠呼吸监测，监测患者的血压、血氧饱和度、AHI、体重指数、颈围／身高的比值等。结果在纳入的350例OSAHS患者中。高血压的患病率为27．14％，男性明显高于女性。AHI指数的高低与OSAHS患者高血压的患病
