一、明确教学改革指导思想邓小平同志指出:“教育要面向世界,面向未来,面向四个现代化。”为教育改革与人才培养指明了方向。根据“三个面向”的要求,我们培养出来的学生不应该是“分数型”的,而应该是“智能型”的。所谓智能型的,就是不单是掌握了基本知识,而且要有较强的能力。主要是:分析能力,自学能力,独立思考能力。分析能力,就是能够用所掌握的知识去分析、解决实际问题;自学能力,就是能够对知识不断自我深化,自我更新;独立思考能力,就是能够进行创造性思维,成为开拓型人才。要培养符合“三个面向”的人才,课堂教学必须改革。

Analytical ability is to be able to use the acquired knowledge to analyze and solve practical problems; self-learning ability is to be able to self-deepen and self-renewal of knowledge; independent thinking ability is to be able to carry out creative thinking and become pioneering talents. To cultivate talents who meet the “three orientations,” classroom teaching must be reformed.
