我从教多年,一直坚持写“教后感”,主要写每节课讲授的成功之处;或疏漏、失误、教训;或学生产生疑难的缘由;或学生的独到见解等。在写和再看的过程中,都能受到启发,吸取教训或得到借鉴。及时写“教后感”,是积累教学经验的好办法。现摘录三则于下: 一、“饱和溶液和不饱和溶液”教后感为帮助学生理解难懂的概念,可适当增加演示实验。如学生对“……叫做这种溶质的饱和溶液”中的这种溶质这几个字难理解,这时补充一个演示实验:
I have been teaching for many years, and I have always insisted on writing “a sense of teaching.” It mainly writes about the successes taught in each class; or omissions, mistakes, and lessons; or the causes of problems for students; or the students’ unique opinions. In the process of writing and revisiting, you can be inspired, learn lessons or learn from them. Timely writing “post-teaching” is a good way to accumulate teaching experience.
