在《钢吊车梁在集中扭矩作用下腹板附加弯曲应力的试验研究及计算方法》一文中,主要探讨了在集中扭矩作用下,腹板附加弯曲应力的计算问题。计算公式中反映了轨道及翼缘的抗扭刚度、计算板段的几何尺寸等几个主要参数,而实际上影响腹板附加弯曲应力的因素很多,如轨道的抗弯刚度、翼缘的抗弯刚度、轨底宽度、轨道与翼缘接触面的平整紧密程度等。本文仅对影响较大的两个因素即轨道抗弯刚度及轨道与翼缘的接触传力情况对腹板附加弯曲应力的影响作进一步分析。
In the article “Experimental study and calculation method of additional bending stress of web on steel crane girder under concentrated torque”, the calculation of additional bending stress of web under concentrated torque is mainly discussed. The calculation formula reflects the torsional stiffness of the track and the flange, and calculates the geometric parameters of the slab section. In fact, there are many factors that affect the additional bending stress of the web, such as the flexural rigidity of the track, the resistance of the flange Bending stiffness, rail width, rail and flange contact surface formation tightness and so on. In this paper, only the two factors that affect the greater orbital bending stiffness and the contact force between the rail and flange on the web additional bending stress for further analysis.
