花生锈病(Puccinia arachidis Speg。)近年来是我国花生产区的主要病害之一,在广东普遍发生,尤其在湛江等地区较为严重,一般减产20%左右,严重时损失达50%以上,对广东花生生产的发展造成很大的威胁。因此,我们试图从杂交育种入手解决这个问题。亲本采用高产的珍珠豆型(Spanish type)和抗锈的多粒型(Valencia type),希望从杂交后代中选出高产、抗锈品种。在此过程中,对其进行锈病遗传的双列分析,探求该病的遗传、变异规律,以指导花生抗锈育种工作。
In recent years, Puccinia arachidis Speg. Has been one of the main diseases in flower production areas of China. It is widespread in Guangdong, especially in Zhanjiang and other regions, generally about 20% less than 50% The development of peanut production poses a great threat. Therefore, we try to start from hybrid breeding to solve this problem. The parents used the high-yielding Spanish type and the anti-rust Valencia type, hoping to select high-yielding and anti-rust varieties from the hybrids. In this process, we carried out a double-row analysis on the inheritance of the rust and probed into the genetics and variation of the disease so as to guide the anti-rust breeding of peanut.
