介绍了ZB-107型斜轴泵动态特性与振动监测进行实验研究的设备和方法,通过实验得到了这类泵的主要激振源的激振频率、对摆缸壳体进行实验模态分析所取得的结果、泵的振动加速度有效值与工况参数的关系、正常泵在不同工况时泵壳端盖处的振动响应自功率谱图.比较正常泵与配流副严重磨损的故障泵在相同工况下自功率谱图,提出了对配流副严重磨损故障进行诊断的特征量K1和K2.
The equipment and method of experimental research on the dynamic characteristics and vibration monitoring of ZB-107 inclined shaft pump are introduced. The exciting frequency of the main excitation source of the pump is obtained by experiment, and the experimental modal analysis The obtained results, the relationship between the effective vibration acceleration of the pump and the working parameter, the self-power spectrum of the vibration response of the pump at the end cap of the normal pump under different working conditions.
