2008年2月19～23日,水利部水电局局长田中兴带工作组赴湖南灾区开展调研指导。工作组分别听取了湖南省水利厅、郴州市(汝城县)、怀化市政府的情况汇报,并深入郴州市汝城县、宜章县、苏仙区及怀化市鹤城区,对这些地区的220kV、110kV、35kV、10kV线路、变电站及低压配电台区进行现场实地调研,了解核实灾情,指导灾后重建工作。具体工作情况汇报如下:
From February 19 to February 23, 2008, Tian Zhongxing, director of the hydropower bureau of the Ministry of Water Resources, brought a working group to conduct research and guidance in the disaster areas in Hunan. The working group listened to reports on the situation of Hunan Provincial Department of Water Resources, Chenzhou City (Rucheng County) and Huaihua Municipal Government, respectively, and went deep into Rucheng County, Yizhang County, Suxian District and Hecheng District of Huaihua City in Chenzhou City. 220kV, 110kV, 35kV, 10kV lines, substations and low-voltage distribution areas on-site field research to understand the verification of the disaster and guide post-disaster reconstruction.
