新立煤矿44006工作面采用走向长壁后退式回采,回采工艺为炮采,全部垮落法管理顶板。工作面采用一台SGW-150刮板输送机,下顺槽采用一台SGW-40T刮板输送机和四台SPJ-800皮带运输机。回采本片盘时,采用双石墙工艺,预留排瓦斯巷,为下一片盘服务。施工过程中应解决选石、胶泥使用、砌筑、规格和尺寸、假巷的断面、假巷的密闭性等关问题。采用双石墙工艺预留排瓦斯巷后,不但少掘一条巷道,而且对瓦斯治理起到了很大作用。此方案技术上可行、经济上合理。
