以单回线型有导磁体感应器为研究对象,通过设计正交试验,运用数值模拟的方法分析了影响钢板温度场的主要横截面参数,定义了线圈横截面尺寸的5个尺寸比例系数。结果表明,影响温度场最高温度的主要截面参数依次为:导磁体单侧厚度C1、导磁体跨距a以及导磁体伸出高度C2。当导线宽度h为10~20 mm时,确定了使加热效果最好的比例系数的取值范围。
Taking the single-loop inductive inductors as the research object, the main cross-sectional parameters that affect the temperature field of the steel sheet were analyzed by means of orthogonal design and numerical simulation. The five dimension scale coefficients of the coil cross-sectional dimension were defined. The results show that the main cross-section parameters that affect the maximum temperature of the temperature field are as follows: the unilateral thickness of the permeable conductor, C1, the distance a of the permeable conductor and the extending height of the permeable conductor, C2. When the wire width h is 10 to 20 mm, the range of the scale factor that maximizes the heating effect is determined.
