I. INTRODUCTION AlN is a group III-V compound belonging to the hexagonal wurtzite crystal structure. Aluminum nitride (AlN) in the past as a heat-resistant insulating material in the past because of its high temperature stability, thermal conductivity, and good insulation properties.
