随着医院建设规模扩大,各项制度的进一步完善,防止各种医疗纠纷及不良事件的发生,很有必要。早期康复的介入,也增加了作为康复专科医院的风险系数。我院建院12年来,医疗不良事件也是逐年增加趋势,2012年1月~2013年2月我院发生不良医疗事件14人15起,经查,大部分与我院康复治疗有关,报告如下。1临床资料1.1年龄:最大67岁,最小11岁,平均39岁,说明我院所收病人大多为青壮年。 With the expansion of hospital construction, further improvement of various systems and prevention of various medical disputes and adverse events, it is necessary.
