目的探究microRNA-145(miR-145)的表达量对Hella细胞侵袭及迁移能力的影响。方法将实验室连续传代培养的Hela细胞分为两组:转染miR-145的实验组和转染miR-145模拟物的阴性对照组,进行肿瘤细胞侵袭实验及肿瘤细胞迁移实验,分析miR-145的高表达与Hela细胞侵袭和迁移能力的关系。结果 miR-145在Hela细胞中高表达,与Hela细胞的迁移、侵袭能力的降低存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 miR-145在宫颈癌发展过程中可以抑制宫颈癌细胞的侵袭、迁移。可用作宫颈癌的基因靶向治疗及预后的评测指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of microRNA-145 (miR-145) expression on invasion and migration of Hella cells. Methods The Hela cells were divided into two groups: the experimental group transfected with miR-145 and the negative control group transfected with miR-145 mimics for tumor cell invasion assay and tumor cell migration assay. The miR- 145 in Hela cells with high expression and invasive ability and migration. Results miR-145 was highly expressed in Hela cells and correlated with the migration and invasion ability of Hela cells (P <0.05). Conclusion miR-145 can inhibit cervical cancer cell invasion and migration during the development of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer can be used as a gene therapy and prognostic indicators.
