目的:探讨Erytra全自动血型分析仪在临床ABO-CDE血型鉴定和抗体筛查中的应用。方法:用Erytra全自动血型分析仪对本院2014-07-2014-12住院及门诊患者的标本进行ABO-CDE血型鉴定和抗体筛查。对机器报告ABO血型正反不一致、抗体筛查阳性标本送血型参比实验室进行进一步确认。另外随机抽取血型报告正常、抗筛阴性标本各1 000例进行试管法验证。结果:全自动血型分析仪对ABO血型检出率为99.97%,能提示弱抗原、弱抗体或亚型标本;对于有多次输血史和妊娠史的患者会出现CDE抗原检测双群或弱阳性现象;抗体筛查不仅能检出IgG类抗体,亦可检出部分IgM类抗体或IgG/IgM混合抗体。一次判读成功的ABO-CDE血型鉴定,抗体筛查阴性结果均与试管法相符,正确率100%。结论:全自动血型分析仪能够快速、准确的检测标本,满足临床的需求。
Objective: To investigate the application of Erytra automated blood group analyzer in clinical ABO-CDE blood group identification and antibody screening. Methods: ABO-CDE blood group identification and antibody screening were performed on hospitalized and outpatients from 2014-07-2014-12 in our hospital with Erytra automatic blood analyzer. ABO blood type on the machine reported positive and negative inconsistencies, antibody screening positive specimens sent to blood type reference laboratory for further confirmation. In addition, blood samples were randomly selected to report normal, anti-screening negative specimens of 1 000 cases of test tube test. Results: The detection rate of ABO blood group was 99.97% by automatic blood analyzer, which could indicate weak antigen, weak antibody or subtype. For patients with multiple blood transfusions and pregnancy history, double or weak CDE antigen test was detected Antibody screening can not only detect IgG antibodies, but also detect some IgM antibodies or IgG / IgM mixed antibodies. A successful interpretation of ABO-CDE blood group identification, antibody screening negative results were consistent with the test tube method, the correct rate of 100%. Conclusion: Automatic blood analyzer can quickly and accurately detect specimens to meet the clinical needs.
