放射性微球技术应用于局部心肌血流量的研究

本文介绍了由于国外核医学方面的微球技术的发展,所引起的冠脉微循环研究的新进展,特别是应用放射性微球测量心肌局部血流量的先进技术,对于正常的和缺血的心肌局部血流量分布特点及其影响因素,做了较深入的研究,而且在缺血心肌边缘带的供血来源方面,提出了与传统概念不同的新观点。这些成就,将促使对于冠脉循环的研究进入一个新阶段,在治疗缺血性心脏病方面,也可以为缩小心肌梗塞范围提供重要的理论根据。 This article introduces the new progress of coronary microcirculation caused by the development of microspheres technology in foreign nuclear medicine, especially the advanced technique of measuring the local blood flow of myocardium with radioactive microspheres. For normal and ischemic myocardium Local blood flow distribution and its influencing factors, made a more in-depth study, but also in the marginal zone of ischemic myocardial blood supply, put forward different from the traditional concept of new ideas. These achievements will prompt the research on coronary circulation to enter a new phase, and provide an important theoretical basis for reducing the scope of myocardial infarction in the treatment of ischemic heart disease.
