据上海饮料行业和行家的调查分析,今年上海饮料市场吞吐量约达110万吨,比去年约增12%,其格局呈饮用水、无色碳酸饮料、果汁饮料“三足鼎立”。矿泉水、纯净水跃居龙头地位。自1994年以来,矿泉水、纯净水每年分别以20%和30%的速度递增。上海市民经过近几年来的消费选择,已充分认识到矿泉水、纯净水的保健、卫生,踊跃购置饮水机,而且在选择消费时,都十分注重品牌和服务质量。据预测今年矿泉水、纯净水销量将达55万吨,占整个饮料市场的“半壁江山”。
