现代的氮肥厂,无論是制造硫酸銨,或是制造硝酸銨、碳酸氢銨、氯化銨和尿素等,都离不开合成氨。合成氨的原料是氫气和氮气。为了取得氫气和氮气,并在一定压力和温度下把它们合成为氨,就必須使用一系列化工过程和設备。合成氨設备可以說是氮肥厂的“心臓”,这套設备不仅体积龐大、結构复杂,而且制造和安装技术十分严格。现在,我国已不仅能成套成批地生产大型合成氨设备,而且已能自己設計、自己制造設备、自己建成年产十万吨的化学肥料厂。
Modern nitrogen fertilizer plants, whether manufacturing ammonium sulfate, or manufacturing ammonium nitrate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium chloride and urea, are inseparable from ammonia. The raw materials for ammonia synthesis are hydrogen and nitrogen. In order to obtain hydrogen and nitrogen, and to synthesize them into ammonia at a certain pressure and temperature, a series of chemical processes and equipment must be used. Synthetic ammonia equipment can be said to be the “heart” of the nitrogen fertilizer plant. This set of equipment is not only bulky and complex in structure, but also has strict manufacturing and installation technology. Now, China has not only been able to produce large-scale synthetic ammonia equipment in batches, but has also been able to design, manufacture its own equipment, and build its own chemical fertilizer plant with an annual output of 100,000 tons.
