目的:报道2l例偏侧生长的巨大鞍上脑膜瘤经眶-额-翼点联合入路手术切除.方法:分析肿瘤的临床特点、神经放射学资料.详细介绍该入路的手术方法和注意事项等.结果:本组全切除和次全切除18例(86%),无手术死亡.无严重并发症.结论:此入路适用于偏侧生长的巨大鞍上脑膜瘤切除术.
OBJECTIVE: To report the surgical treatment of 2l unilateral giant suprasellar meningioma by orbital-frontal-wing point combined approach.Methods: To analyze the clinical features and neuroradiological data of the tumor.Methods and attention And so on.Results: The group of total resection and subtotal resection in 18 cases (86%), no operative death.No serious complications.Conclusion: This approach is suitable for the lateral growth of the giant suprasellar meningioma resection.
