煤矿机电事故指机电设备(设施)导致的事故,包括运输设备在安装、检修、调试过程中发生的事故,发生在低、高处电网,直流架空线的人身触电事故等。随着煤矿机械化的不断发展,煤矿机电管理在煤矿生产过程中所占的比重越来越大。俗话说:“出炭不出炭,关键在机电。”故煤矿机电系统人员素质高与低、机电设备管理的好与坏,将直接影响矿井的安全生产与经济效益。煤矿机电事故已开始成为制约煤矿生产及煤矿行业可持续发展的一个重要因素。一个煤矿企业的机电事故发生率成了衡量该企业综合实力的一个很重要的标准。文章结合实际经验简要分析煤矿内部机电事故产生的原因及其相关预防措施。
Coal mine mechanical and electrical accidents refer to accidents caused by mechanical and electrical equipment (facilities), including accident occurred in the process of installation, overhaul and commissioning of transportation equipment, personal electric shock accidents occurred in low and high power grids and overhead direct lines. With the continuous development of coal mechanization, the proportion of coal mine electromechanical management in the coal production process is increasing. As the saying goes: “The charcoal can not charcoal, the key in mechanical and electrical.” Therefore, the quality of coal mine electrical and mechanical systems staff with low quality, mechanical and electrical equipment management is good or bad, will directly affect the safety of mine production and economic benefits. Mechanical and electrical accidents in coal mines have begun to become an important factor restricting coal production and the sustainable development of coal mines. The incidence of a mechanical and electrical accident in a coal mining enterprise has become a very important measure of the overall strength of the enterprise. The paper briefly analyzes the causes of mechanical and electrical accidents in coal mines and the related preventive measures based on practical experience.
