30年前召开的党的十一届三中全会和此前为全会做准备的中央工作会议,是建国以来党的历史上具有深远意义的事件。它坚决、果断地纠正了“文化大革命”及其以前的“左”的错误,恢复了作为党的指导思想的马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想的本来面目,是拨乱反正的伟大转折,由此开启了改革开放的历史新时期。拨乱反正包括诸多方面的内容,其中最为重要的一个转变是从以阶级斗争为纲的错误决策回到以经济建设为中心的正确轨道上来。这是最根本的拨乱反正,是社会主义建设中具有全局意义的伟大转折,许多刷新祖国面貌的积极变化都由此而来。
