从企业社会责任的视角研究了企业参与职业教育的行为动机,分析了企业参与职业教育在经济、制度和道德三方面的动力,指出政府主导是企业参与职业教育动力机制的最佳模型。同时,在分析当前企业参与职业教育动力不足的原因基础上,从企业、政府两方面提出增强企业参与职业教育动力的建议。
From the perspective of corporate social responsibility, this paper studies the motivation of enterprises to participate in vocational education, analyzes the motivation of enterprises to participate in the three aspects of economy, system and morality, and points out that government dominance is the best model for enterprises to participate in the motivation mechanism of vocational education. At the same time, based on the analysis of the reasons why enterprises are not motivated to participate in vocational education, suggestions are put forward from enterprises and governments to enhance the motivation of enterprises to participate in vocational education.
