目的探讨缺氧诱导因子(hypoxiainduciblefactor-1,HIF-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及与肿瘤生物学特征的关系。方法免疫组化法检测NSCLC组织HIF-1α的表达。结果NSCLC组织中HIF-1α阳性表达率为71.11%,显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.005);HIF-1α的表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期相关,有淋巴结转移组HIF-1α阳性表达率为88%,无淋巴结转移组HIF-1α阳性表达率为50%,两者差异具有显著性(P<0.01),临床分期中Ⅰ-Ⅱ期HIF-1α阳性表达率为56.0%,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期HIF-1α阳性表达率为90.0%,两者差异具有显著性(P<0.05);HIF-1α的表达与肿瘤的大小、肿瘤的分化程度及病理组织类型无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论HIF-1α的增强表达与非小细胞肺癌的浸润性发展有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia induced factor-1 (HIF-1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with tumor biological characteristics. Methods The expression of HIF-1α in NSCLC tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of HIF-1α in NSCLC tissues was 71.11%, which was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues (P <0.005). The positive expression rates of HIF-1α in NSCLC tissues correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. The positive rate of HIF-1α in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ was 56.0%, while in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, the positive rate of HIF-1α was 88% in non-lymph node metastasis group and 50% in non-lymph node metastasis group (P <0.01) The positive expression rate of HIF-1α was 90.0%, which was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). The expression of HIF-1α was not related with tumor size, tumor differentiation and pathological type (P> 0.05). Conclusion The enhanced expression of HIF-1α is closely related to the infiltration of non-small cell lung cancer.
