面对日益激烈的汽车零部件市场竞争,企业在提高内部效率的前提下,变得更加关注客户关系管理.实施CRM并对其正确有效的评估,才能更清楚了解自己与客户的关系.文章针对上海冀强汽车部件系统有限公司实施的CRM系统,采纳数学方法对其评估,有一定的现实可行意义.
