目的了解我市医疗美容市场的现状,发现该市场存在的问题,为制订适合我市情况的管理措施和方法提供科学依据。方法对不同级别的医疗机构和公共场所许可管理的生活美容机构采取抽样现场调查的方式进行。结果核准开展口腔诊疗机构100.00%超范围开展美容牙科;11.77%眼科和20.00%的皮肤科机构超范围开展医疗美容项目;82.22%生活美容单位超范围开展医疗美容诊疗活动。结论医疗机构对超范围开展医疗美容诊疗活动重视不够;生活美容单位对超范围开展医疗美容项目认识不清,依法执业意识淡薄;建议采取疏堵结合的措施,在严打非法医疗美容的同时,设置、审批和扶植一批有能力的医疗美容机构或科室,以满足人民群众日益增长的对医疗美容服务的需求。
Objective To understand the status quo of the medical beauty market in our city and to find out the problems in the market and provide a scientific basis for formulating management measures and methods suitable for the situation in our city. Method Different levels of medical institutions and public places licensed beauty management agencies to take a sampling site survey conducted. The results approved the implementation of dental clinics 100.00% out of range of cosmetic dentistry; 11.77% of ophthalmology and 20.00% of dermatological institutions out of range medical beauty projects; 82.22% of beauty units living beyond the scope of medical cosmetic clinic activities. Conclusion Medical institutions do not pay enough attention to out-of-range medical and beauty treatment activities. Living and cosmetology units do not know well about medical and cosmetic projects in excess of range and are weak in their practice of law practice. It is suggested that measures should be taken to eliminate and block illegal drugs, , Approve and support a group of capable medical and beauty institutions or departments to meet the growing demand of people for medical beauty services.
