通过对青少年跳远运动员力量训练的研究,深感腰腹力量的训练对于提高运动员的成绩具有很重要的作用,本文试图提出一些腰腹力量训练的方法,仅供同仁讨论与参考。
Through the research on the strength training of the young long-jump athletes, the deep training of the waist strength plays an important role in improving the performance of the athletes. This article attempts to propose some methods for the training of the waist strength, which is for discussion and reference only.
