本文运用文献综述法、归纳分析法、经验总结法等研究方法对高级中学体育课教学中学生个性化的培养进行了阐释、归纳和总结,提出了高级中学体育与健身课程教学中进行个性化培养的理论依据,并重点对高级中学体育课教学中如何对学生进行个性化培养进行了探讨分析,提出了新课程背景下高级中学体育与健康教学中实施个性化教育的一些策略和措施。
