目的探讨洁净手术室易感因素与控制对策。方法对洁净手术室易感因素进行分析并整改和总结。结果制定与落实了对洁净手术室易感因素的控制决策,使各项监控指标在正常范围内,降低了医院感染率。结论通过学习有关医院感染知识,提高控制感染意识,加强感染管理,树立严格的消毒隔离观念,认真执行各项消毒隔离制度。加强督促检查,对科室感染进行有效的预防与控制,严格手术室的环境与人员管理等,是洁净手术室感染控制的有效方法。
Objective To explore the susceptibility factors and control measures of clean operation room. Methods To analyze the causes of clean operating room and rectify and summarize. Results The formulation and implementation of the control strategy for the susceptibility to clean operating room made the monitoring indicators within the normal range and reduced the hospital infection rate. Conclusions By studying knowledge about nosocomial infections, raising the awareness of infection control, strengthening infection management, establishing a strict concept of disinfection and isolation and earnestly implementing various disinfection and isolation systems. Strengthen the supervision and inspection, effective prevention and control department infection, strict operating room environment and personnel management, is an effective method of clean operating room infection control.
