采用微波密闭消解,电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了枇杷叶、肉、籽中17种元素的含量。该方法具有良好的准确度及精密度,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.59%~4.53%,加标回收率在92.8%~106.39%之间。试验表明,枇杷中含有丰富的对人体有益的Ca、K、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、B、Mo、Cr等元素。枇杷的不同部位其微量元素存在一定的差异,大部分元素在枇杷肉中的含量相对比叶和籽中的含量较低;Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn、Cr、Zn、Sr、P和S在枇杷叶中的含量总体相对高,Cu在籽中含量最高。枇杷具有较高的营养价值及药用价值,测定枇杷中微量元素对枇杷的开发和利用提供了科学依据。
The contents of 17 elements in leaves, meat and seeds of loquat were determined by ICP-AES with microwave confined digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The method has good accuracy and precision, with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 0.59% ~ 4.53% and recoveries of 92.8% ~ 106.39%. Experiments show that loquat is rich in beneficial to human body Ca, K, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, B, Mo, Cr and other elements. The contents of most elements in loquat meat were lower than those in leaves and seeds. The content of Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, Cr, Zn, Sr, P and S in loquat The content of loquat leaves is relatively high in general, and the content of Cu is the highest in seeds. Loquat has high nutritional value and medicinal value, and the determination of trace elements in loquat provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of loquat.
