Objective To analyze the changes of endothelium-derived vasoactive substances in patients with unstable angina pectoris before and after treatment with low-dose urokinase and to explore the mechanism of low-dose urokinase in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods A total of 104 patients with unstable angina pectoris who had positive electrocardiogram (ECG) load test and ischemic alteration of ambulatory electrocardiogram were enrolled in this study. Endothelin - 1, tissue - type plasminogen activator and its inhibitor Variety. Results After treatment with low-dose urokinase compared with before treatment, tissue-type plasminogen activator increased, endothelin-1 and tissue-type plasminogen activator inhibitor decreased, the changes were significant. Conclusion Low-dose urokinase can significantly regulate the activity of endothelium-derived vasoactive substances such as endothelin-1, tissue-type plasminogen activator and its inhibitor, which are often measured in patients with unstable angina pectoris, thus effectively treating coronary heart disease.
