目的探讨利普刀对宫颈疾病治疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析南川生殖健康中心妇科门诊患者2008年2月至2009年2月共计100例宫颈疾病患者用利普刀治疗,其中重度宫颈糜烂48例,宫颈息肉11例,宫颈肥大纳囊6例,宫颈湿疣5例,CINⅠ21例,CINⅡ9例,根据不同病例采用环切和锥切等治疗,避免了需住院、出血、疤痕形成等不良后果。结论 100例宫颈疾病的患者用leep治疗后效果满意。
Objective To investigate the role of Lipu knife in the treatment of cervical diseases. Methods Retrospective analysis of Nanchuan Reproductive Health Center gynecology outpatient from February 2008 to February 2009 a total of 100 patients with cervical disease with Lipu knife treatment, including 48 cases of severe cervical erosion, cervical polyps in 11 cases, 6 cases of cervical fat capsule , 5 cases of cervical condyloma, CINⅠ21 cases, CINⅡ9 cases, according to different cases by circumcision and conization and other treatment, to avoid the need for hospitalization, bleeding, scar formation and other adverse consequences. Conclusion 100 cases of cervical disease patients with leep treatment satisfactory results.
